If controlling time was possible it would be the most valuable thing on the planet. What this guy is talking about is resources, that’s all money is. Money is just a way access to resources that can allow you to spend time differently. Money wouldn’t be worth a thing if resources weren’t artificially scarce.

Except time is a real thing we can feel as we move along in life, growing up, getting older, missing loved ones, where money was a made up idea of mankind to change the economy from trading to more of a banking system, if the people don’t believe in the value of money, then it has no value and people will not waste their time on something with no value, time in the end is the only thing that holds value

Needed to hear this!! Been struggling lately. Im a stay at home Dad with 3 yr old and 2 month old boys. I love them to bits but this shit is hard. Letting go of one’s own selfish desires to take care of boys and help them become men. So much more important than a Rolex, Mercedes and big house. 3 weeks in to IF I am doing 1 meal a day with 24 hours fasting. I have lost 11 lbs and quite a bit of belly fat! I feel fantastic and my energy levels are high. My recent lab work is completely normal BS 81 previously have been on oral diabetes medication and even Ozempic which I didn’t tolerate. My GI symptoms of GERD, bloating and constant belching are GONE ❤️
